Jeff Tippens

Jeffrey (Jeff) Tippens enjoys helping people in the areas of wills, trusts, and estate planning; probate; real estate transactions; and business organizations.  Jeff endeavors to help clients plan wisely and avoid conflict. His practice is limited to transactional law matters and probate proceedings.

Jeff received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1999 and was admitted to the Texas Bar that same year.  From 1999 to 2000, Jeff served as Briefing Attorney to Justice Mack Kidd on the Texas Court of Appeals, 3rd Judicial District. Over the past 23-plus years, Jeff has assisted a wide variety of clients in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, business entity formation, and contract matters.   Prior to law school, Jeff received his B.A. degree in English, summa cum laude, from Abilene Christian University in 1996.
